Fiona O’Reilly graduated from the University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in European Studies and from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth with a Higher Diploma in Economic Science. She joined the firm in 2005 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008.
Fiona practises in the area of Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant Law and Licensing Law. Fiona has considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of complex and complicated Commercial and Residential Conveyancing transactions.
Fiona represents both Landlords and Tenants in drafting and negotiating leases in relation to all types of Commercial Properties.
Fiona is responsible for all Licencing matters in the firm and acts for several publicans, hoteliers and restaurateurs in making monthly and annual licencing applications.
